I truly believe what makes a good therapist is intention, followed by intuition; guided by the heart.
I first experienced the power of touch back in 2008 during a very traumatic time in my life and knew the universe had pointed me in the direction of this rewarding profession so I could share it with others.
Since then I have been fortunate to work with and learn from some truly inspiring therapists both in NZ and overseas including working under renowned massage therapist, Beata Aleksandrowicz at her London based clinic, Pure Massage for 5 years and more recently with Face Up founder Olga Newman.
I believe that true wellness begins from within. It’s not just about expensive creams and lotions; it’s about making time for yourself, being mindful of what you consume and understanding the pillars of your own health.
